Hooks & Needles

Calling all needle crafters! Grab your yarn and needles and join us on Friday, October 10th from 12-2 at the Mont Vernon Fire Department Community Room. New members always welcome!

Our Annual Book Sale is back on Saturday, September 20, 2025 from 8 AM to 2 PM! Great deals, great reads — don’t miss it!
Drop off book donations at MVVS on Friday, September 19, 2025 from 4-7 pm.

Back to School Book Clubs

It’s time to sign the kids up for a school year of Junior  Book Clubs!  Miss JoAnn has groups for each grade level. Sign up to read, craft and snack after school!  Call (603)673-7888 or stop in to sign up today! Monthly meetings begin in October. Space is limited, registration required.

Eager Readers: 1st & 2nd Grade( 1st Wednesday 2:30-3:30)

Bonkers for Books: 3r & 4th Grade  (2nd Wednesday 2:30-3:30)

Pager Turners: 5th&6th Grade ( 3rd Wednesday 2:30-3:30)

Chronicles of Narnia:  6th,7th,8th (1st Friday of the month 5:00-6:00)

Date Change! We’ve moved the August Cookbook Club to Tuesday, September 2nd at 6:30pm!! Cookbooks available to borrow at the library. Claim your recipe and bring your dish to our potluck meal under the library tent. The library will provide the tableware and drinks. New cooks always welcome! Questions call the library?
