Newsletter
The Friends of the Library produce a monthly newsletter. You can now choose to be notified by email when the newsletter is posted rather than receive a paper copy. The newsletter includes upcoming activities, minutes from the monthly meeting, town news and lists of new books and other materials at the Library. Check the What’s happening? tab for a link to read the newsletter.
Activities
Through fundraising, the Friends support a variety of library programs including the children’s summer reading program, library passes to five area museums, treats for Trick-or-Treaters who visit the library on Halloween, welocme books for the “Books for Babies’ program, and funding for all of the Junior Book Clubs. The Friends also sponsor a variety of adult programs including NH Humanities to Go programs, senior programing, and the maintenance and enhancement of the library gardens. Members are encouraged to bring new ideas to the meetings to help support the library.
