Daland Memorial Library

On behalf of the Daland Memorial Library Board of Trustees, we invite you to join us at the NEW Daland Memorial Library Grand Opening on

Sunday, February 22nd from 10:00am-2:00pm.

The celebration will start at 10:00am with a ribbon cutting ceremony followed by guest speakers and tours of the facility.

The event is open to the public, and patrons of all ages are encouraged to visit. This highly anticipated event is proudly sponsored by the Mont Vernon Library Charitable Foundation.

Closure Dates: The current library will close on Monday, Feb. 9th to move the collection, new furnishings, and technology into the new library over the span of a week. The staff will spend a week to be trained on the functions of the new facility before the Grand Opening on Sunday, Feb. 22nd. The new library will reopen for operations on Tuesday, February 24th. We look forward to welcoming you to the NEW Daland Memorial Library.
