The Friends of the Library are beginning preparations for their Annual Book, Plant, and Junque Jewel Sale on Saturday, May 20th from 9am-2pm at the Daland Memorial Library.  The library will accept donations to the sale starting Tuesday, April 4th that include paperback and hardcover books, children’s books, DVDs, and costume jewelry.  Please no textbooks or magazines.  Donations may be dropped off at the library during open hours.  Perennial plant donations will be accepted beginning in May.  For more information please call the library at 673-7888.

Spring is almost here!  Sign up to make a floral arrangement on Thursday, April 13th at 7pm just in time for Easter with floral designer Sue Ries from Heather’s Garden: Custom Garden Inspired Floral Designs.  Sue will bring all the supplies needed for you to walk away with a beautiful floral creation.  Space is limited to 10 participants.  $25 material fee.  Call 673-788 to save your spot at the table!
