Back to School Book Clubs

It’s time to sign the kids up for a school year of Junior  Book Clubs!  Miss JoAnn has groups for each grade level. Sign up to read, craft and snack after school!  Call (603)673-7888 or stop in to sign up today! Monthly meetings begin in October. Space is limited, registration required.

Eager Readers: 1st & 2nd Grade( 1st Wednesday 2:30-3:30)

Bonkers for Books: 3r & 4th Grade  (2nd Wednesday 2:30-3:30)

Pager Turners: 5th&6th Grade ( 3rd Wednesday 2:30-3:30)

Chronicles of Narnia:  6th,7th,8th (1st Friday of the month 5:00-6:00)

Pick up a copy of “Lidia’s from Our Family Table to Yours”, claim your recipe and meet other cooks at the meeting meal with your dish. The library will provide the drinks and dishes.

Make a double batch of your best cookie and bring it to the library for a cookie swap! We’ll have large platters available for you to fill and take home. New members always welcome.

Do you ever wonder where the hummingbirds go in the winter or how the chickadee survives our frigid winters?

Hilary Chapman, a NH Audubon educator, knows the answers.  Join her for a presentation at the library and you’ll discover the amazing ways birds survive winter, get to know common winter birds, and learn what you can do to help them!
