National Library Week April 3rd-9th
Join us all week to celebrate! This year’s theme is “Connect With Your Library” and we’ve planned a full week of fun.
Monday, April 4th: Morning Book Discussion Zoom 10:00AM Read “Fascism” by Madeleine Albright and join the discussion by Zoom. Books available to borrow @ the library.
Tuesday, April 5th: Coffee & Books 10:00AM-3PM Stop in for FREE coffee, tea, and cookies! Adult Poetry Night 7pm Bring a favorite poem to share and connect with like minded poets.
Wednesday, April 6th: Eager Readers Junior Book Club 3:00PM Miss JoAnn will be crafting and sharing a snack with the 1st & 2nd graders while they read books aloud.
Thursday, April 7th: Spring Storytime with Miss JoAnn 11:00PM Preschool children ages 0-5 are encouraged to read stories, sing, and craft for an hour at the library.
Friday, April 8th: Hooks & Needles 12PM-2PM MVFD Community Room Do you knit or crochet? Bring your project to the MV Fire Dept. Community Room for needlework gathering. New members welcome!
Saturday, April 9th: Treats with the Trustees 10Am-12PM Drop in the library for a delicious pastry and meet the Library Trustees. New to the library? Get a library card and take a quick tour while treating yourself. All ages welcome!
