Certified yoga instructor Michelle Folan from Simple Soul Yoga, invites you to try Chair Yoga at the library on Saturday, Jan.12th at 9:00am.
Unwind as you explore yoga from the comfort of a chair. It is the most accessible form of yoga if you are recovering from injury, experience chronic pain, or wish to learn some de-stressors‚ or centering techniques for your everyday life.
Registration is required for this one time intro class. Space is limited to 16 participants.
