Mont Vernon town resident and children’s illustrator, Jill Weber, will be visiting the library on Wednesday, September 17th from 4-5:30pm to share her new book release “Cat in the City” written by Julie Salamon. Children ages 8 & up are encouraged to sign up to hear an excerpt from the book and learn how to make original miniature books. Space is limited. Registration is required.
