It’s true! You can now use your Kindle to download ebooks free from your library! The NH State Library system now has more than 2000 ebooks to loan. Last I checked there were more than 400 titles not yet checked out. Check out the help section on Overdrive or at the NH Downloadable Book site if you need assistance.
Be careful when selecting the eBook format. Users with Sony Readers, Kobos, and Nooks should be selecting the EPUB version of the title. Users with Kindles or Kindle apps on their tablets and smartphones should select the Kindle Book format. It is not possible to select both formats; whichever format you initially choose is the only format you will have access to.
