The last meeting of the Tri-Town Summer Book Group will be Tuesday, August 23 at the Daland Library, 7pm.
Bellows Falls (1996) – Joe Gunther investigates a sexual assault charge against a police officer in Bellows Falls. Later they have a drug case on them, involving teen criminals, drug running and cold blooded murder.
Our facilitator will be William Doreski. Mr. Doreski, a resident of Peterborough, and Professor of English at Keene State College teaches modern poetry, creative writing and literary theory. He has published several collections of poetry, critical studies and a textbook. He tells me that he has read all of Archer Mayor’s books and has had him visit his classes.
