Spring Gala is in a just a few days. The Friends of the Library will host many activities that day – the book sale, plant sale, junque jewels sale and new this year a purse sale! There will be two raffles – a Birdbath Garden and a new Vera Bradley purse. Plant sale begins at 8am. Book sale begins at 9am. Proceeds from the plant sale are split between the Friends and the Mont Vernon Gardeners. All other proceeds go to the Friends of the Library and help to fund the Summer Reading Program, Teen Times and other projects and programs. Please come and join us! If you can volunteer some time, call the library and let us know.
